Fishing Reports

As the warm summer pushes the Rainbow deep and the bigger Pike disperse, the Kokanee fishing begins to heat up. We have been catching a lot of 10" fish at 40-60 feet, mid lake.

Tournament time!

Mid May through late June, the pike fishing in the sloughs is on. These fish are post spawn and the big females are still around. If you want to catch a trophy Northern, this is the time to get out on the water.

The tournament is just around the corner and we are excited to get out fishing. The fish are biting and with this warmer weather it's making it even better. We hope to see you all out on the water

Fishing this week has been great! Even if they were not biting, the weather was so nice, it was just good to be out. It is a favorite time of year for me, as even though the fishing is often slow, the representatives of whatever species you are targeting tend to be BIG. Slow, methodical presentations in 10'-30' are producing nice smallmouths, brown trout, and pike.
